World Bank Indices

By default the file 'CMO-Historical-Data-Monthly.xlsx' does not exist in '/home/jacquesbopp/apps/funddata/data/' and the file is directly read from the world bank server If you are not sure if the World Bank file ('CMO-Historical-Data-Monthly.xlsx') is complete, you can download it from 'https://thedocs.worldbank.org/en/doc/5d903e848db1d1b83e0ec8f744e55570-0350012021/related/CMO-Historical-Data-Monthly.xlsx' and manually complete it and upload it to '/home/jacquesbopp/apps/funddata/data/'. A complete version is available in "S:/xBopp/webapps/funddata/data/CMO-Historical-Data-Monthly_bak.xlsx". A common error are missing rows with the ID's. In the sheet 'Monthly prices' the ID's have to be in row 7 and in the sheet 'Monthly Indices' they have to be in row 9. If the file exists in '/home/jacquesbopp/apps/funddata/data/' it gets processed otherwise the file from 'https://thedocs.worldbank.org/en/doc/5d903e848db1d1b83e0ec8f744e55570-0350012021/related/CMO-Historical-Data-Monthly.xlsx' is processed. After being processed it gets deleted!!!

Insert Dividend or Price

1. create excel-file (define id and type):

2. edit file, insert a record and save file (directly in explorere on opalstack server or via down- and upload)
a) doesn't matter where, data will get sorted correctly
b) dates can be inserted as excel dates, data will get transformd to text

3. create pickle file fom excel excel-file (define id and type)

4. Click the Button "Recreate all funddata files" in the menu to create updated files for "https://ref.xbopp.com"

Check consistency of all series

By clicking the button "Check Series Consistency" in the menu the server process "https://services.ugondo.com/checkSeriesConsistency" is executed.
This process checks if all dates in the dividends and prices files are in ascending order and not duplicate
